The Electric Forklift Repair Corporation uses modern technology to help us keep your forklift well maintained and extend the longevity of your forklifts life. our computerized data system keeps a detailed account and history of your forklift including the year, make, model, all repairs that were performed, cost of repairs and parts used. This data is recorded so that we may inform you about different programs for maintenance and upkeep of your fleet of trucks.

It also informs us when your forklift requires additional maintenance service, so that your forklift stays in excellent condition at all times.

3. Our fleet of vans that are equipped with specialized tools and stocked with replacement parts.

Battery services
Our technicians can come to your location and perform an initial evaluation of the condition of your battery. This evaluation consists of voltage tests, hydrometer readings and load testing of the battery. With this evaluation we can detect 90% of your battery problems.

We offer routine battery services for items such as checking, adjusting and the monitoring of electrolyte and acid concentration levels. We handle battery repairs such as: replace cells, cables and straps at your location which will minimize repair costs and downtime.

Breakdown service
Our technicians will be dispatched to your location the same day/ next day after receiving your call.

Scheduled maintenance services
Our technicians will come to your location to perform a 50 point inspection of your forklift to detect any deficiencies before they lead to more expensive repairs if neglected. We will never perform any repairs beyond the scope of the inspection without your authorization. An engine oil change is included in the price of any scheduled maintenance inspection.

Tire service
Our technicians will come to your location and press new tires on your forklift. Usually within one hour we can change all four tires which will minimize downtime and the cost of transporting the tire to our shop and pressing the tires there.

Forklift Fleet Maintenance
