Energy (Saving) Control System
|
Engine Idle Speed Control |
When forklift is in temporary standby, the engine RPM reduces to lower idle speed automatically
|
| Hydraulic System Match with Engine Control |
The engine revolutions vary as handle changes to meet different power needs.
|
Travel Speed Variation and Distinguishing Task Control |
1) Heavy Condition: heavy-duty operation, the engine sets maximum RPM
2) Normal Condition: general operation RPM at 80% - 90%
3) Light Loaded Condition: common travel or accurate operation, RPM at 50% - 70%
4) Low Idle Speed Condition: waiting for operation, engine at the lowest RPM
|
ADVANCED FUNCTIONS |
1) Remote control the engine throttle, brake clutch, speed shift, hydraulic pump and
hydraulic directional valve
2) LVDT provides a closed circuit which is convenient to automatic control
3) Protection function when overloaded, overflow and reverse
4) Unlimited orientation settings
5) Waterproof and dust proof: IP65 and EMC EMI

| OPERATING COST SAVINGS |
Engine state varies in different working conditions, which can reduce the fuel cost efficiently.
Because the engine is not in high speed working condition all the time, it decreases the wear of engine
components as well as other parts, thus extends the life-span of the whole truck. Consequently,
fuel save and components as well as forklift life-span extended, results in a comprehensive cost-saving
effect. Meanwhile it contributes to the minimization of vibration to operators and environmental protection in a great degree.

Intelligent Security System
|
| Mast Self-Locking |
Mast extended and power off, conventional forklifts can still
lower the mast. With the driver not in the operator seat, the mast is locked and therefore unable to lower.
|
Fork Automatic
Leveling |
To conventional forklifts, people level the forks by adjust the mast
tilt angle manually, so it's difficult to grasp the accuracy and
easy to cause some collisions and accidents. UN Forklifts
adopt fork automatic leveling, which only by pressing the
buttons can the forks level automatically. It's simple and
easy to operate.
|
| Mast Top Limit |
When lifting the mast, it's very difficult for the operator to judge
the maximum elevated height. Once the mast is close to the
maximum elevated height with the lifting speeds at maximum,
it will bring about mechanical impact which can easily lead to
instability of the cargo. UN Forklifts adopt the Mast Top Limit.
When the mast is close to the maximum elevated height, the lifting
speed slows down automatically (decelerates from 3cm from the top)
until it stops.
|
Mast Tilt-Control
|
To conventional forklifts, mast tilt speed are the same in forward and
reverse. UN Forklifts adopt the mast tilt control which can
decelerate as the height increases when the tile angle surpasses 3m.
Thus preventing unnecessary loss of cargo or accidents.

Exhaust Purification System
|
Particle Soot Filter |
This device can eliminate particulate matter in the discharge of diesel engines effectively.
Also, it can transform toxic and harmful gas into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor,
whereby fulfilling its environmental protection purpose. UN Forklifts also uses the PPD
(Particle Purification Device) on every forklift, which purifies exhaust effectively and
reduces hazardous waste and fumes.
|
Ternary Catalytic Converter |
UN Forklifts
has adopted multiple purification and filter systems, which can purify exhaust more
effectively and minimize harm to operators and the environment, thus contributing to the establishment of an environmentally friendly society.
